I loved the tour. You can go and walk at nighttime and it’s OK, nothing is going to happen to you. I was really happy with everything. I cannot complain about anything. It was perfect. The tour was incredible. The food was incredible. The tour guides were awesome; you will learn a lot. Dr. Zahi Hawass was perfect. He knows everything and it’s incredible to have the opportunity to be with him and get to know him as well as see the research they’re doing. For me, that is incredible. We went to some sites that one just can’t go to. Incredible! I enjoyed everything. I encourage everyone to go and see Egypt. It’s awesome!

I chose Archaeological Paths for two reason: I had an interest in archaeology and I wanted an archaeology-focused tour, not a regular tourist trip. Also, I’ve been familiar with Dr. Hawass’ work for many years and I wanted to go to his lectures.

The Royal Egypt Tour was wonderful. Thanks to Archaeological Paths, our tour guides, Yasser and Mohamed, and all the other wonderful people, my dream came true. I didn’t think I could see Egypt and see all those tombs, because I have limited physical abilities. I managed to do so, however, thanks to Archaeological Paths. When I saw my dream tomb of Nefertari, it was just wonderful. The people in Egypt are so incredibly warm and welcoming. That in itself was a wonderful experience, so I recommend going to Egypt to everyone. I knew that Dr. Zahi Hawass was very well-known Egyptian archaeologist, but his depth of knowledge was just fascinating. Even though Egypt is a country with a rich history, there are constantly new developments and Dr. Hawass brought us up to date on what was happening. Everywhere we went there were police to guard our safety. I am so glad that they are there to also guard the treasures of the world. Egypt is safe and they’re working very hard to keep it safe.
